Where and How Do We Start?

We have an initial session to understand your goals and situation and we test our coach-client chemistry. You can bring an overall goal, or choose to explore smaller goals or topics for each session. We have regular one-to-one sessions (online), typically bi-weekly or monthly. You find courage to experiment between sessions and try to find new ways of navigating your challenges. Together we explore and see where you stand and how you feel about your progress. There is no mandatory number of sessions. You decide!

Workshops & Training

Facilitated sessions for leadership teams and operational teams. I can support in translating complex transformation into “do”-language that teams can act on. With my coaching skills I can support teams in improving their team spirit and efficiency, and help assess and eliminate dysfunction where needed. I am also experienced in supporting companies with talent development programs.
